2025 CCA Women's D2 Tip-Off Classic
Erie is proud to welcome the 2025 CCA Women’s D2 Tip-Off Classic, presented by AHN Sports Medicine and AHN Pavilion. This premier event, hosted by Edinboro Athletics and Gannon University, will feature some of the best NCAA Division II Women’s basketball players in the country and is set to kick off the 2025-26 basketball season.
The eight-team tournament will be held Nov. 7-9, 2025 with six games played at the newly renovated Highmark Events Center at Gannon University and six games played at McComb Fieldhouse at PennWest Edinboro University.

- Daily general admission tickets at each venue are $15.
- Daily discounted tickets for students, veterans and seniors are $10.
- Daily reserved tickets at Gannon are $20.
- Admission is free for current Edinboro and Gannon students.
(All daily tickets include both games.)

The Fighting Scots were the No.1 seed for the 2025 NCAA DII Women’s Basketball Atlantic Regional.
Ferris State University
The Bulldogs advanced to the NCAA DII Women's Final Four in 2024.
Gannon University
The Golden Knights qualified for the NCAA DII Women's Elite Eight in 2024 and 2025.
Minnesota State University-Mankato
The Mavericks won the NCAA DII Women’s Championship in 2024.
Northern Michigan University
The Wildcats participated in the NCAA DII Women’s Championship in 2024 and 2025.
PennWest California (PA)
The Vulcans finished 2024-25 ranked ninth in the NCAA Atlantic Region.
Union University.
The Bulldogs advanced to the NCAA DII Women's Final Four in 2025.
University of North Georgia
The Nighthawks won the 2025 PeachBelt Conference Women's Basketball Tournament.

Previously hosted at Simon Fraser in Burnaby, Canada, and Montana State University, the Tip-Off Classic continues to be a premier platform for showcasing the skill and dedication of the nation’s best D2 athletes.
