The Kahkwa Club is a prestigious and exclusive country club in Erie, PA. The family-friendly club offers a pristine Donald Ross golf course, state-of-the-art aquatic center, outdoor tennis facility and a clubhouse with multiple dining areas, patio, men's and women's locker rooms, casual dining rooms, and guest rooms.
The Donald Ross-designed golf course is an 18-hole, Par 72 course for its members and guests. The grounds also feature a driving range as well as a three-acre short game practice facility. The Club has hosted three USGA championships, including the 2016 US Women's Mid-Amateur Championship. Check out photos and flyover video here.
The tennis facility features 7 courts: 5 lighted Har-Tru Clay Courts and 2 Asphalt Courts, which were resurfaced in 2013. The courts include two observation decks for members and guests to watch, as well as a tennis shop.
The outdoor aquatic center was renovated in 2007, and features an 8-lane competition pool and a 3-meter diving board and well, as well as a full shallow end with stair access. A separate wading pool with a shallow incline is separate, and locker rooms are available for both adults and children.
