The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Cross Country Championships will take place this Saturday and will feature men’s and women’s teams from across the conference competing for the 2025 PSAC title.
The championship will be held at PennWest Edinboro, with the women’s 6,000-meter race starting at 10 a.m., followed by the men’s 8,000-meter race at 11 a.m. An awards ceremony will take place at noon.
The meet will bring together 204 women and 180 men representing 17 different schools, all traveling from areas across Pennsylvania to compete. Each team is allowed to run 12 competitors.
“We’re proud to welcome the PSAC Cross Country Championships to Edinboro. This event showcases some of the best collegiate runners in the state and reflects the university’s strong tradition of supporting and showcasing athletic excellence,” said Jamison Dietrich, director of Edinboro Cross Country and Track and Field.
The PSAC Cross Country Championship is one of the most competitive cross-country events, highlighting some of the top NCAA Division II distance runners in the country. The meet provides student athletes with the opportunity to compete at a high level while representing their universities.
