The Erie Kennel Club is hosting the AKC Fast CAT Aug. 7-9 at Harborcreek Community Park.
Fast CAT, which stands for Coursing Ability Test, is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time chasing a lure. The event will feature three days of AKC Fast CAT competition.
The event is free for spectators. Spectators should bring their own chairs.
