Pennsylvania Level 3 & 4 West State Championships

The Pennsylvania Level 3 and 4 West State Championships is a major event within the PA USA Gymnastics season, bringing together top gymnasts from across Western Pennsylvania for one of the most important competitive weekends of the year. Held April 17 through April 19 at the Hagerty Family Events Center, the championship provides an opportunity for qualified Level 3 and Level 4 athletes to showcase their skills on a prominent state stage. Gymnasts earn their place at this event through strong performances across the regular season, creating a field of competitors who represent the highest level of achievement within their divisions.

Hosted by Erie Gymnastics Center, the championship emphasizes athlete development, technical consistency, and competitive excellence. Over the course of the three day event, participants compete across all four apparatuses using standardized USA Gymnastics scoring and judging criteria. The structure of the meet is designed to highlight precision, strength, flexibility, and artistry, giving each athlete the chance to demonstrate the full range of their abilities in front of trained judges and an enthusiastic audience.

The event supports athletes, coaches, and families by providing a well organized competition environment with clear scheduling, professional equipment, and a supportive meet atmosphere. As one of the key culminating events of the season, the championship weekend allows gymnasts to celebrate their progress while competing for state titles, podium finishes, and personal achievements.

The Hagerty Family Events Center serves as an ideal host venue, offering ample space for equipment, spectator seating, and warm up areas. Its layout supports smooth event operations and creates a welcoming environment for teams traveling from throughout the western region of the state. With its combination of high level competition and a strong developmental focus, the Pennsylvania Level 3 and 4 West State Championships remains an important and inspiring event for young gymnasts and the broader gymnastics community.
