The 2024 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship, hosted by International Indoor Junior Lacrosse, will take place at the Erie Insurance Arena August 3-8. This event will feature some of the top junior lacrosse players from Australia, Canada, Poland, Scotland and the U.S. competing for a gold medal.
The six-day tournament will feature two games per day at the Erie Insurance Arena. Games will be played at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. each day culminating in the medal games on August 6.
“We are very excited and honored to bring box (indoor) lacrosse to the beautiful shores of Erie,” said Chris Fox, president of the Canadian Lacrosse League and International Indoor Junior Lacrosse. “Erie Insurance Arena is a world class facility and the players competing are ready to put on a world class performance as they compete for a gold medal.”
Day passes, which includes both games, for preliminary round days are $18 and $20 for the medal round day. An all-session pass is available for $95 and group tickets (minimum 10) are $10 each.

The independent association of International Junior Indoor Lacrosse was founded in 2016 by member nations Canada (Canadian Lacrosse League) and the U.S. (US Indoor Lacrosse) and stands as the only dedicated international event offering indoor lacrosse championships for players aged 20 years or younger. Since its inception, the championship has grown in stature, bringing together the finest young lacrosse talent to compete on the world stage.
